We will build a new residential project in Dresden under the brand FröbelHöfe in the sought-after district Friedrichstadt in Dresden which is in close proximity to the city center. The residents will then be able to enjoy full access to public transportation with an excellent connection to the city center. It will be an ideal place for modern living.

There will be 99 new apartments in eight apartment buildings with well thought out and efficient layouts and sizes ranging from one to four bedrooms. What was once a residential area with Restaurant Fröbel-Schlösschen, Friseur-Geschäft Friedrich Heilmann, or Tabakwaren-Großhandlung, we continue to use the currently empty space to build 99 new apartments. We are building on the original development and keeping the individual houses, which will be connected in a modern way by an underground car park.
