We will build a new residential project in Dresden under the brand FröbelHöfe in the sought-after district Friedrichstadt in Dresden which is in close proximity to the city center. What was once a residential area with Restaurant Fröbel-Schlösschen, Friseur-Geschäft Friedrich Heilmann, or Tabakwaren-Großhandlung, we continue to use the currently empty space to build 99 new apartments. We are building on the original development and keeping the individual houses, which will be connected in a modern way by an underground car park.
