Our company is based on three strong pillars: Cement, Transport, and Real Estate. This structure makes us a reliable partner – especially for families, owner-occupiers, and of course also for investors who value security and long-term stability.
As a holding company, we finance the majority of our construction projects independently. This means for our customers: maximum predictability, high reliability, and a smooth project execution – from the initial idea to the handover of the keys.
We have been active in Dresden since 2012 and have successfully completed several residential projects there. We are also active in Regensburg, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia, and have already developed over 2,500 apartments and more than 40,000 m² of commercial space.
