About the FröbelHöfe project

With the FröbelHöfe, we are creating a new living environment right in the heart of Dresden, offering all the amenities of modern living. The connection to nature becomes an integral part of daily life through the courtyard design. We have incorporated the idea, developed by Friedrich Fröbel, that children learn and develop through play and creative activities, into our courtyard concept.

FröbelHöfe is located in the Dresden-Friedrichstadt district at the corner of Löbtauer Straße and Fröbelstraße. This location offers excellent connections to the city center while maintaining a quiet and residential atmosphere. Many young families and students live in Friedrichstadt. The excellent location, with short distances to the Elbe meadows and the inner city, contributes to a high quality of life. Our Apartment Variety

The FröbelHöfe Dresden residential ensemble consists of eight different designed buildings. Expansive windows alternate with loggias or balconies, while railings are made of metal, glass, or concrete. The buildings vary in the number of floors and their width, reflecting the typical parceling of the Gründerzeit period. Consequently, the number of apartments per building ranges from 6 to 20. All ground-floor apartments have front gardens, while most apartments on upper floors feature a balcony or loggia. The terraces on the top floor offer beautiful views over the rooftops of the inner city.

The FröbelHöfe are located in the Friedrichstadt district of Dresden, just a few minutes from the Old Town. The central location offers tranquility, plenty of greenery, and excellent public transport connections.
