When planning our apartment layouts for the FröbelHöfe, we considered the individual needs of future residents. Our courtyard design reflects this: our green islands within the FröbelHöfe can be used for relaxation even on hot summer days. Our concept of creating a green space is complemented by the front gardens of the ground-floor apartments. Hedges provide the necessary privacy here.

Modern apartments

It is important to us that people of all ages feel comfortable in our residential concept and can live together as equals without restrictions. Our apartment mix ranges from cozy 2-room apartments with a nice balcony or terrace to spacious 3-, 4-, and 5-room apartments with one or two bathrooms. Every apartment in the FröbelHöfe Dresden residential ensemble features high-quality finishes.

All living rooms in the top-floor apartments are air-conditioned. The underground garage offers 81 car parking spaces. The bicycle storage rooms in the underground garage can accommodate up to 198 bicycles, including 20 cargo bike spaces. By developing our project on an unused brownfield site in the immediate vicinity of the city and providing ample bicycle parking, including spaces for cargo bikes, we are committed to sustainable mobility that protects the environment.

Entry and exit to the underground garage for all residents is via Fröbelstraße. The apartments in buildings 1 to 7 are accessible from the underground garage via elevators. Building 8 in the courtyard has a separate staircase directly next to the building.

Our Apartment Variety

The FröbelHöfe Dresden residential ensemble consists of eight different designed buildings. Expansive windows alternate with loggias or balconies, while railings are made of metal, glass, or concrete. The buildings vary in the number of floors and their width, reflecting the typical parceling of the Gründerzeit period. Consequently, the number of apartments per building ranges from 6 to 20. All ground-floor apartments have front gardens, while most apartments on upper floors feature a balcony or loggia. The terraces on the top floor offer beautiful views over the rooftops of the inner city.
