On the construction site, the individual work steps are proceeding as scheduled. In some buildings, water pipelines and piping systems are already being installed, while concrete works are still ongoing in other parts of the site.
A project of this scale requires precise coordination of workflows and the companies involved. Clear progress can be observed on site week by week.
Currently, around 60 workers are active on the site, and the project is advancing dynamically. The pace of construction is impressive: two floors in two buildings completed within just three weeks.
While some buildings are already approaching the stage where the roof will be installed, work on Building 8 is currently focused on completing the garage and preparing the construction of the first upper floor. Each building is at a different stage of construction – yet the overall project continues to grow visibly.
Parts of the structure are being realised using prefabricated elements. Although this method is more cost-intensive, it enables faster construction and ensures a high level of precision.
The ceilings are temporarily supported by wooden structures to maintain the necessary stability while the concrete cures.
Construction also continues during the winter months. In freezing temperatures, freshly poured concrete must be heated to ensure proper curing and to achieve the required structural strength. Low temperatures therefore do not slow down the progress of construction.
The different construction stages of the individual buildings clearly demonstrate how the works are progressing in parallel. Some buildings are already approaching their final shape, while others are just entering the next phase of construction.
What they all have in common is a pace that confirms the project is progressing according to schedule.
