Construction at FröbelHöfe Dresden is progressing steadily across all buildings, with several sections reaching more advanced stages of development in recent weeks.
Buildings 1 to 3 are currently approaching completion of their top floors, including the casting of attic walls. At the same time, slab construction is advancing across Buildings 4 to 7.
With the start of wall construction at ground level in Building 8, another milestone has been reached, further extending construction activities across the entire development.
Preparatory works for building systems are ongoing in the underground level, including insulation and surface preparation. In Buildings 1 to 3, installation of the main mechanical and electrical distribution systems has already commenced.
The connection to district heating has been successfully completed. In addition, all elements of the temporary excavation support have been removed, marking a clear transition into the next phase of construction.
