A property manager for the homeowners’ association (WEG) has been selected for the FröbelHöfe residential project in Dresden as part of a tender process. The role will be taken on by Mietplan, an experienced company specializing in property management and investor services.
The appointment of a WEG manager represents an important step towards the long-term operation and sustainable management of the project. Mietplan will provide comprehensive property management services, covering technical and operational aspects as well as the administrative management of the homeowners’ association.
Mietplan is already responsible for property management in another Dresden-based project, Marina Garden Dresden. This ensures consistency in service quality and a well-established management approach across multiple projects.
In parallel, a separate tender process is currently underway for facility management services (Hausmeisterdienste). The selected contractor will operate under the supervision of the property manager and will be responsible for maintenance, repairs, and the day-to-day operation of the common areas.
In addition to standard WEG management, Mietplan also provides comprehensive rental management services. Investors in the FröbelHöfe project can therefore benefit from professional support in leasing their units — from tenant acquisition through to ongoing property management.
