Another step forward in the planning of our FröbelHöfe II project in Dresden.
Planning work for the FröbelHöfe II project is progressing at full speed. We are currently finalising the layouts of all apartments, while the work of our specialist consultants is advancing in parallel in several areas, including structural engineering, building services, fire protection and building physics.
At the same time, intensive work is being carried out on the design of the future courtyard. For its landscape concept, we are collaborating with Noack Landschaftsarchitektur, who will give the central open space of the project a distinctive character and quality.
We look forward to bringing the project, designed by the architectural team NPP & Werck, into the implementation phase soon.
