On 25 June, we celebrated the topping out ceremony at FröbelHöfe, marking an important milestone in the development of our residential project in Dresden. This long-standing construction tradition signifies the successful completion of the building’s structural framework and the transition into the next phase of construction – a special moment for everyone involved in bringing the project to life.
The ceremony brought together project managers, architects, construction companies, craftsmen, business partners and future residents. Guests had the opportunity to tour the buildings under construction, step inside their future homes and experience FröbelHöfe from a perspective that, only a few months ago, existed solely on architectural plans.
Moments like these highlight how a vision gradually becomes a place people will soon call home.
As construction continues according to schedule, the commercial success of the project is progressing just as positively. More than 50% of the apartments released in the first sales phase have already been sold, while the second sales phase is now underway, offering additional homes for future residents.
The strong interest in FröbelHöfe reflects the growing demand for high-quality homes in an attractive Dresden location and confirms the confidence buyers have in the project.
