At the centre of the project is a spacious, car-free courtyard. Thanks to the car-free concept, children can play safely without vehicles passing through the residential area. At the same time, parents benefit from excellent visibility of the shared outdoor spaces from the balconies and windows of their homes.
The courtyard offers a wide range of opportunities for children to play and explore. Planned features include animal-themed climbing and play equipment, a trampoline, swings, a table tennis table, a playhouse, a sand play area, and an outdoor chess board. Together, these elements create a vibrant meeting place where children can play, make new friends, and enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle.
A unique feature of the courtyard is the Fröbel Star. This symbol pays tribute to Friedrich Fröbel, the founder of the modern kindergarten, and highlights the family-friendly character of the development.
